Our Policies

Reservation

To book a room, you can fill out the form on our website or contact us directly. The booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from us or a message via Whatsapp.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Check in

Check-in is available from 3pm to 11pm. If you plan to arrive outside these times, please inform us in advance to make arrangements.

Check out

Check-out must be done by 10:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to an additional charge.

Payment

To guarantee the booking, a deposit of 40% of the total amount is required, to be paid by bank transfer. The remaining 60% is due upon arrival and can be paid by credit card or cash.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are processed securely.

Animals

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not permitted in our facility.

Children and extra beds

Children are welcome. Baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us for more information.

Ban on Parties and Events

Parties or events are strictly prohibited to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Smoking ban

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A designated smoking area is available outside.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The most updated version will always be available on our website.
